E.O. Jones & Sons is a family run construction company based in St Lawrence Bay in Essex.
The company has been established for over 50 years with Father and Son partnership, Paul and Dave taking the business into its third generation.
We pride ourselves on the quality of the workmanship and are proud members of the Federation of Master Builders and NHBC. Having operated in business for many years we have seen our reputation grow, which has led to lots of projects coming from recommendations and many returning customers.
Over many years in business we have built up good relationships with many tradesmen, and have worked with respected architects, including the award winning Alison Brooks and Lisa Shell.The client can be rest assured that E.O. Jones & Sons will only work with tradesmen they can trust to ensure that the work is of the best quality.

As a company based in a rural location, we are very aware of our environment and strive to recycle as much of our waste as possible, anything that can’t be recycled is disposed of responsibly.
We also work within the health and safety guidelines to ensure ourselves and our customers are as safe as possible during any jobs we undertake.
E.O.Jones & Sons is a fully insured company, with Public Liability insurance covering work up to the value of £10 million.

Paul is a Partner in the family business E.O.Jones & Sons. From an early age Paul had a passion for all things ‘Building’ and having obtained a Construction qualification, it was a natural step to join the family business.
Paul having now been with the company for 20 years, has a wealth of experience in managing construction projects and providing quality workmanship on all projects undertaken.
Dave having joined E.O.Jones & Sons at a young age has been in the building industry for all of his working life. Having built his own homes over the years he fully understands the importance of getting the most from your project from a Customer and Construction Manager perspective.
Dave takes a lot of satisfaction from having many happy clients and has built up long lasting strong relationships, with many of them returning to E.O.Jones & Sons time and time again.
